Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (the “Plan”) is available to registered shareholders of MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. and allows for the reinvestment of all or a portion of dividends into additional shares of common stock without any fees or commissions. Plan participants may also make additional cash purchases of shares up to $1,000 per month. If you are not a registered shareholder, you will need to first purchase shares (or transfer shares held in street name) from any stockbroker into an account with the Plan Administrator, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC.
