VP BSA Officer
Job Location:

Duties/Responsibilities:
The BSA Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program. This individual will perform and direct quality controls reviews and monitoring in the areas of Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Customer Identification Program to ensure compliance. Ensure department activities run smoothly and efficiently by providing leadership, training, and supervision within the department.
Coordinates staff to direct quality control and other reviews, and is required to be knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of department activities.
Oversee the timely completion and submission of required Bank Secrecy Act regulatory report filings including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR’s) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR’s).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five + years of bank operations management experience or the equivalent specialized experience preferred. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Is responsible for a variety of office/clerical tasks involving expertise in the area of deposit account setup. Reviews deposit account file maintenance and account setup for accuracy. Includes documenting and follow up on exceptions. Complete Large Dollar verification daily as well as completion of Escheatment process and annual reporting. Monitoring and recordkeeping of deposit accounts for Reg D compliance.

Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer
Job Location:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing in-house and secondary market mortgage loan files; handles preparation and documentation of residential real estate loans for closing. Answers borrowers questions and advises other bank personnel of necessary lending requirements associated with real estate loans. Position also has specialized duties relating to loan processing and underwriting software technology.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Interacts frequently with Real Estate lenders and Bank Officers, employees, software vendors, and other professionals in the community. Frequent contact with customers over the phone and various contact in person. Must be able to work under stress and prioritize work demands effectively.
